This
receiver experienced significant metal fatigue. A process
that repeats the heating and cooling of the metal enables
the receiver to be reformed without buckling the stretched
steel. The metal grain has been strengthened by this process
and relieves stress.
The
receiver and safety lever again
have the proper fit and function.
